Jena will help you bring to life exactly how you want your next home – or “Other Nest” as Jena has coined it—to look, feel and function. From helping you decide what to keep or replace, to setting a reasonable budget, and choosing your new color scheme and interior needs, Jena can help make this life change much easier, less stressful and more exciting.
Small Spaces
Small spaces can be great places! From townhomes and apartments to condos and smaller homes, Jena is an expert in interiors for small spaces.
Jena’s innovative space saving design solutions will combine beautiful and practical decorative color schemes and multifunctional furniture layout floor plans to maximize and visually enhance your new smaller space turning it into a great place.
Sunbelt Connections©
Jena’s unique turnkey design service provides decorating solutions for Snowbirds who flock to the southern states for the winter, or the “Sunbelt Connection” as Jena calls it.
Jena will provide comprehensive floor plans, furniture and accessory selections, paint schedules and everything in between, creating a blueprint for you to follow when you arrive at your home in time for installation.
Architectural Space Planning and Interiors for Residential Developers
Jena has designed some of Americas most distinguished homes and landmark restorations. These projects combined with hundreds of individual residential projects from Snowbird condos, country retreats to
everyday suburbia homes and urban apartments, have been projects which have provided Jena the most relevant knowledge about real needs, space requirements and amenities for all types of homes and the types of consumers who will buy them.
This has enabled Jena to provide her home furnishings clients with first-hand insight into the real needs of real consumers shopping for furnishings in today’s marketplace rather than demographic studies which combined analytics of a hybrid “typical” average consumer needs.
